Training Synopsis
This course is conducted to ensure the operator ahs the knowledge needed to operate, calibrate and perform the required maintenance tasks for the system in a safe manner. It provides the core knowledge needed to perform system operations and user-maintenance procedures necessary for achieving optimum results from your 3D printer.
Course Objectives
Familiarize with the contents of the system User Guide
• Understand safety precautions and procedures
• Understand what the different materials are for
• Properly operate the PolyJet 3D printing system
• Perform basic maintenance procedures
• Using the pre-processing software (Objet Studio/GrabCAD Print) as required
• Know tips and tricks for support removal

- 3 Days of training
- Location on customer or at our Stoke training centre
- Prime audience is machine operators, part designers & users of Objet Studio software
- Prerequisites: Eden/Connex/Objet XXX/J850/C1000 installed at your site, Installation training completed, approximately 6 months of experience working with a PolyJet system and good working knowledge of CAD

This course is designed specifically for customers of PolyJet High-End 3D Printing systems. The course is aimed at equipping customers with the knowledge needed to increase printer utilization and broaden material and application skills through theoretical and practical experience.

- Best suited audience: J850/35 operators & CAD part designers
- Prerequisites: J850/J835 installed at your site, approximately 3 months of experience working with a J835 or J850 PolyJet system and good working knowledge of CAD

• Understand 3D colouring with PolyJet Technology
• Understand the different application possibilities with your 3D printer
• Understand how colour files need to be prepared to make them printable
• Pre-printing consideration for the different PolyJet material
• Understand the difference in VRML files
• Understand the printer calibration and printing head replacement
• Choosing the correct DM/Colour
• How to access and properly use technical information
